
Strawberry soup
This recipe is really very simple.
Make a sugar syrup of 1 part sugar per 2 parts water.
Soak the crushed peppercorns in it for a few minutes, add the lemon and lime and pour over the strawberries.
Blend in the blender.
Relationships:
1kg strawberries
1 lime
1/2 lemon
15 peppercorns
sugar syrup: 400g water and 150g sugar
Very tasty with ice cream.
